Appleton Kiwanis Club-Golden K

Golden K "Cartridges for Kids " project.

This project collects used printer cartridges, and fax/laser toner cartridges to raise funds for kids projects.  Also accepted are cell phones, DVD movies, video games, portable DVD players, laptop computers, MP3 players, X boxes, Sony play stations, digital cameras, digital video cameras, DVR's, digital picture frames, and all types of GPS devices.  Members have placed well labeled collection boxes in numerous business places in Appleton.  This will be an on going project and the items collected will be sent to a recycling company.  Each unit has a value which will be returned to our club.  Our recycling project equips us to help our community stay beautiful by minimizing landfill levels while at the same time raises money for our kids projects.
